• normative methods of manual surface preparation

• repair techniques for damaged or degraded coatings

• brush painting techniques, with a strong focus on ethyl zinc silicate primers
  (used as primers in the well-known 1A system in accordance with NORSOK M-501:2022 – we know that applying primer may seem easy, but our experience and pass rates from site tests prove otherwise)

• operation of high-pressure spray pumps

• basics of airless spray painting

This training will give you the practical foundation you need to begin your journey in the industrial painting industry.
You’ll become familiar with handling spray guns and understand the essential HSE rules required on the job.
We want you to learn how to properly apply a coating system based on the specification.
Mastery will come with hundreds or even thousands of hours of practice, but we’ll help you take your first step.
