Krystian is a certified FROSIO Level III Inspector and a board member of GTR Engineering.
He graduated in Civil Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology, which gave him a strong engineering foundation that he has developed through years of professional experience. He gained his skills in demanding environments of the refinery and petrochemical industries, working on projects in both Poland and Norway.

In his daily work, he specializes in surface preparation inspections and coating application, with a strong focus on the strict requirements of the NORSOK standard. His knowledge of international standards such as ISO and ASTM allows him to manage projects effectively and ensure the highest quality.
As a trainer, he is eager to share his expertise, focusing on the practical aspects of an inspector’s work and translating complex technical standards into real-world situations in the field.

Paweł Rogóż is a board member of GTR Engineering, whose expertise in anti-corrosion protection is confirmed by two prestigious certifications: FROSIO Level III Inspector and NACE Inspector.

He graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, where his specialization in materials engineering provided him with deep knowledge of corrosion mechanisms.

He gained valuable experience working in the field and providing technical consulting for clients in the petrochemical, shipbuilding, and civil engineering sectors.
Training participants appreciate his ability to clearly explain complex topics and show how theoretical knowledge can improve painting performance and increase coating durability. His approach is based on analyzing real-life examples and finding the most effective solutions.

Klaudia Smolarek works as a Chief Operating Officer at GTR Engineering.
She graduated from the Gdańsk University of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Conservation and Degradation of Materials and a Master’s degree in Corrosion from the Faculty of Chemistry. This technical background gives her a deep understanding of the industry’s needs.

At GTR Engineering, she is responsible for organizing high-quality training courses for painters, future inspectors, and QC staff, as well as coordinating inspection work.
Her commitment, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail ensure smooth cooperation and high standards in all company activities. She is known for the energy and professionalism she brings to every task.

Wioleta is a FROSIO Level III Inspector, and her daily work at GTR Engineering involves key inspection supervision in the field of anti-corrosion protection.
Her extensive hands-on experience, gained over years of working on various projects – including offshore drilling platforms – gives training participants access to knowledge based on real industry challenges.

In her inspection work, she is valued for her professionalism, commitment, and attention to detail, all of which contribute to the high quality of project execution.
During training sessions, Wioleta uses her field experience to explain quality control processes in a practical and understandable way. Her interactive training style, based on case studies and discussion, ensures that the knowledge gained can be immediately applied in everyday inspector work.
